7020 alloy is hard to process, so it took a lot of work to reach optimal
shape and mass of the tubes. To achieve this, we designed advanced welding process with dedicated cooling system.

Octagon tubes are made form manipulated 7020 alloy sheets. Compared to round or hydroformed tubing they have much better structural properties and lower weight. Most of today’s bikes are made of 6xxx alloys, which is a cold war relic.
